I often remind myself that I do not need to always go heavy for gains. I am always dropping the weight and getting my form right first. I love to see folks load up the bar or machine and only do 25 percent range of motion. Since my legs are naturally huge (I get it from my mama) I don’t do heavy legs. EVER. It’s more about doing it right and getting in more reps. I also try to get legs in at least twice a week. It works better for me that way.
