Buffalo Chicken Rolls

Buffalo Chicken Rolls

Makes: 4 servings
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cook Time: 5-6 minutes


2 tbsp. coconut oil
3–4 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
1⁄2 cup wing sauce
4 whole-wheat rolls
1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 celery stalks, cut into 3-inch pieces


1) Pour oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add chicken and wing sauce and cook to warm (3 to 4 minutes).
2) Evenly divide chicken between rolls. Sprinkle blue cheese on top (2 minutes). Serve with celery.
