Dumbbells 

I keep reminding people that you don’t have to always go heavy, but I figured I’d give a little demonstration. This dumbbell swing exercise works the entire upper body and it does not require a heavy weight. I’m using a z0-pound dumbbell and I’m feeling the burn. Make sure you get a full swing and shoot for three to four sets of 10-12 reps on each side. ​
