- Lighten Up: Do basic exercises like bench presses and squats using lighter loads to avoid injury and to focus on the muscle.
This workout is done once per week.
- Incline Bench Press – 4 sets of 15 to 20 reps
- Incline Hammer Press – 4 sets of 15 to 20 reps
- Dumbbell Bench Press – 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Dumbbell Flye – 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Decline Hammer Press – 4 sets of 15 reps
