High-Protein Honey and Flax Oatmeal

 

 

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup blueberries

 

In a medium saucepan, combine oats, salt, honey, flaxseeds and milk. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat and cook for eight to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until thick and creamy. Add yogurt and stir well. Serve topped with blueberries.
