Do the following exercises without resting or setting the bar down; do the full reps listed for each exercise. For example, in the first set, do 5 reps of the Romanian deadlift, 5 reps of the bent over row, etc. Weight in the circuit below is expressd as a percentage of your one-rep max.

 

Romanian Deadlift

Bent Over Row

Reverse Curl

Push Press

Squat

  • 1 set of 5 reps with 33%
  • 1 set of 5 reps with 43%
  • 4 sets of 5 reps with 53%
  • 4 sets of 3 reps with 63%

 

Cool Down: Light medicine ball throw for 5 minutesstretch 2
