  • Row* – 5 minutes (reps) followed 1 to 2minutes rest
  • Row** – 5 minutes (reps) followed by 1 to 2 minutes rest
  • Bear Crawl*** – 30 seconds with no rest
  • Backward Bear Crawl – 30 seconds with no rest
  • Burpee Broad Jump – 30 seconds with no rest
  • Crab Walk – 30 seconds with no rest
  • Burpee Broad Jump – 30 seconds with no rest
  • Pull Up**** – 3 reps followed by 1 to 2 minutes rest
  • Ring Pull Up***** – 3 reps followed by 1 to 2 minutes rest

 

 

* – Easy pace

** – Ten-second sprint plus 50 seconds easy pace

*** – For all 30/30 exercises, do the exercise for 30 meters, walk 30 meters back to the start as rest, then go straight into the next exercise.

**** – Seven sets
