Improve your agility and speed with these two drills
- Forward Ladder Run – Stand facing one end of the ladder. Step right foot into the first box, then left. Quickly repeat in the next box and continue, running through the entire ladder. Walk back to starting position.
- Lateral Ladder Run – Stand with your left side next to one end of the ladder. Step left foot into first box, then right. Quickly repeat, stepping through the entire ladder. Walk back to starting position; repeat with right foot leading. Continue, alternating lead foot each time.
