Mix Together:

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped purple cabbage
  • ¼ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ½ cup Persian cucumbers, sliced diagonally
  • ¼ cup diced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup drained kidney or garbanzo beans
  • 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons prepared tahini salad dressing
