The following workout is an excerpt from the program Michael Strahan used to prepare for his appearance in Magic Mike XXL.

 

 

  • Bench Press – 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, failure reps
    • Superset with
  • Decline Push Up – 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, failure reps
  • Deadmill Push – 1 set for 20 seconds
  • Pullup – 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, failure reps
    • Superset with
  • Deadlift – 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, failure reps
  • Dumbbell Push Press – 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, failure reps
    • Superset with
  • Stability Ball V Up – 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, failure reps
