 Spiced Pear Cranberry Shake

 

 

  • 8 ounces light cranberry juice
  • 1 pear, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • Ice cubes

 

  1. Place all ingredients (except ice) into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
  2. Add ice to achieve desired thickness.
