Spiced Pear Cranberry Shake
- 8 ounces light cranberry juice
- 1 pear, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- Ice cubes
- Place all ingredients (except ice) into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Add ice to achieve desired thickness.
