Trainers will tell you that bodyweight is not the only way to measure fitness success. No argument there. But weighing yourself regularly could actually help you lose more pounds, provided that is your goal. It has been proven that people who weight themselves at least once a week are more successful at shedding pounds and losing more weight. That means that people looking to lose weight should step on the scale at least once a week, and preferably more often, like daily. Maybe seeing how much you weigh is not the end-all, be-all it could be a better means to an end.
