Smoothie Bowls – Very Berry Vanilla
They are the newest take on fruity-veg topping combo, and they are just as delicious and energizing. Skip the straw – these breakfast blends are so rich, you will want a spoon.
To a blender, add 7 whole frozen strawberries, ½ cup crushed ice, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 chopped pitted dates, 3 tablespoons rolled oats, and ½ cup coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with 2 strawberries (sliced), ½ small banana (sliced), and ¼ cup granola.
