Egg and Coffee Smoothie

  • ¾ cup coffee, cooled to room temperature
  • 1/3 cup pasteurized egg whites
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted peanuts or unsalted almonds
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • ½ cup frozen pitted cherries
  • ½ frozen banana, peeled

Place all ingredients except nibs in a blender container in the order listed and blend until smooth. Serve garnished with nibs if desired.
