Red Cabbage and Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped red cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract, optional
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries

Place all ingredients except nibs in a blender container in the order listed and blend until smooth.
