Avocado and Cacao Smoothie

  • ¾ cup milk or unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • ½ avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne or chili powder, optional
  • ½ frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs, optional

Place all ingredients except nibs in a blender container in the order listed and blend until smooth. Serve garnished with nibs if desired.
