Two or three days a week, do other cardio, especially if you have an extra layer of fat on top of your muscles. Need a little inspiration, try this plan.

Calisthenics Countdown #1

Do the following moves in order, you will need a jump rope

  • 2 minutes Jumping Jacks
  • 1 minute Jump Squats
  • 10 Split Jumps
  • 1 minute Jumping Rope
  • 15 Jump Squats
  • 1 minute Marching in place
  • 15 Burpees
  • 1 minute Marching in place
  • 10 Split Squats
  • 1 minute Squats
  • 1 minute Jumping Rope
  • 15 Jump Squat
  • 1 minute Jumping Rope
  • 1 minute Marching in place
  • 20 Pushups

Repeat the entire circuit once or twice depending on the time. If you want.
