Blast More Calories with Cardio 2

Two or three days a week, do other cardio, especially if you have an extra layer of fat on top of your muscles. Need a little inspiration, try this plan.

Calisthenics Countdown #1

Do the following moves in order:

  • 45 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Burpees
  • 25 High Knees (both legs up – one rep)
  • 25 Butt Kicks (both feet up – one rep)
  • 1 minute Marching in place
  • 50 Mountain Climbers
  • 35 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Burpees
  • 25 High Knees
  • 25 Butt Kicks
  • 2 minutes Marching in place
  • 50 Mountain Climbers
  • 25 Jumping Jacks
  • 5 Burpees
  • 25 High Knees
  • 25 Butt Kicks
  • 1 minute Marching in place

Repeat the entire circuit once or twice depending on the time. If you want.
