Pumpkin Pie Yogurt

2 cups plain 2 percent Greek yogurt

2/3 cup canned pure pumpkin

1/3 cup plain, vanilla or chocolate whey protein

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (omit if using vanilla whey)

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ teaspoon ground cloves

1/3 cup sliced pecans

¼ cup dried coconut flakes

  1. Stir together yogurt, pumpkin, whey protein, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
  2. Divide yogurt mixture among serving bowls and top with pecans and coconut.
