  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 peach (pit removed), quartered
  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted almond butter
  • ½ tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (omit if using vanilla protein powder)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Place everything except ice into a blender and mix until smooth.
