Lying Dumbbell Chest Press
Can’t make it to the gym as often as you would like? With just a ball and some dumbbells, you can get a great training session in the comfort of your living room.
Setup: Holding a light dumbbell in each hand, lie back on a stability ball with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Your hips should be lower than your chest and the weights at your shoulders, palms forward and elbows down.
Move: Press the weights straight up, then return to the start position.
