Braised Swiss Chard
Chop 3 bunches Swiss chard, separating the leaves (about 20 cups) and the stems.
Cook 4 slices chopped bacon with the stems in 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pot over medium heat, stirring, until browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add 4 crushed cloves garlic. Add the leaves, gradually. Cook, stirring, until wilted, 5 to 7 minutes. Add ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, and salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
