Carrot and Parsnip Slaw

Toss I pound shredded carrots (about 4 cups) and ½ pound shredded parsnips or celery root (about 2 cups) with ¼ cup each olive oil and plain yogurt, ½ teaspoon lime zest, 3 tablespoons lime juice, and 2 tablespoons chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.
