The Green Blend

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stick
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 handful each of spinach and watercress
  • A few mint leaves
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

The Ultimate Recovery Shake

Protein+Recovery+Shake

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. collagen powder
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
