Overnight Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ scoop protein powder

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients and pour into a mug.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least a couple of hours until the oats soften and absorb most of the liquid.
  3. Serve chilled.

  • 44 grams carbs
  • 4 grams fat
