- 1 ½ apples, chopped and frozen
- ¼ cup skim milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- (optional) ½ cup Vanilla protein
- Place apples, milk, and (optional) protein in a blender.
- Blend until the texture resembles soft-serve ice cream – smooth and creamy
- Then, whisk with an electric mixer for three to five minutes or longer (the longer you whisk, the more air is added and the fluffier the mixture.
- Top with cinnamon.
