Apple Pie Protein Fluff


  • 1 ½ apples, chopped and frozen
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • (optional) ½ cup Vanilla protein
  1. Place apples, milk, and (optional) protein in a blender.
  2. Blend until the texture resembles soft-serve ice cream – smooth and creamy
  3. Then, whisk with an electric mixer for three to five minutes or longer (the longer you whisk, the more air is added and the fluffier the mixture.
  4. Top with cinnamon.
