Tip 12: Cardio (HIIT)

When I do HIIT cardio, I do alternating periods of lower intensity with periods of higher intensity. I like the incline treadmill, where I alternate between two minutes of running and two minutes of brisk walking for the whole session. The session is between 30 to 60 minutes long.
