30 Tips for 30 Days

Tip 9: Back Extensions

With back extensions, I sometimes do them the traditional way, with my hands across my chest, but I usually do them with a reach and a squeeze. What I do is I reach as far down and forward as I can at the bottom, then I bring my arms back as I rise, so at the top my elbows are back and I am contracting my lower lats as well as my erectors.
