30 Tips for 30 Days

Tip 8: Quinoa

Rice sued to be a staple in my diet, but I switched to quinoa. Quinoa has been just as easy to mix with my food, easier to digest, and just as easy to cook. The carb count is about the same as rice, but quinoa is a complete protein, about 10 grams per cup.
