You need to balance the work for your quads and hamstrings. Start your workout with leg curls to prioritize the hamstrings and add in Romanian deadlifts.

Workout:

  • Leg Curl – 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
  • Squat – 5 sets of 12, 9, 6, 6, 6 reps
  • Romanian Deadlift – 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
  • Leg Extension – 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
