Kale+Smoothie+Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • ½ cup kale, chopped
  • ½ pear
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups cubed ice
  • (optional) your choice of protein powder

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and secure lid. Blend until smooth
  • 290 calories
  • 2 grams fat
  • 69 grams carbs
  • 6 grams protein
