¼ cup fresh cherries, stemmed (frozen is fine also)

2 tbsp. roasted, unsalted almonds

1-cup skim milk

6 ice cubes

2 scoops GNC Lean Shake or Whey protein (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and secure lid. Blend until smooth

  • 12 grams fat
  • 36 grams carbs
  • 37 grams protein
