Eat This: When you’re looking for a low-carb, low-fat treat that’s anything but bland.

Ingredients:

  • 5 chicken breast tenders
  • 5 slices extra-lean turkey bacon
  • nonstick cooking spray

How to make:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Wrap one stick of bacon around each chicken tender and place on baking sheet so that the ends of the bacon are on the bottom. Bake for 15 minutes, turning the tenders halfway through. Move baking sheet to the top rack and broil for 3-4 minutes to crisp bacon.
