• 4 oz. turkey breast
• 1 ½ cup brown rice
• 1 cup green beans
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. Broil turkey breast for about 7 minutes
3. Add green beans and 1 tbsp. water to a large microwaveable bowl cover with microwave safe plate, and heat on high for one minute. If not done, add more time, checking every 30 seconds.
4. Plate turkey, rice, and beans. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
