Two-A-Days

Try Two-A-Days (for those last 10 pounds):

To overcome my fat burning plateau, I am training twice daily five times a week. I am not talking about weights in the morning, cardio in the evening – no. I am training strength and cardio two-a-days. This is not something I am going to do indefinitely, but I am using it on a temporary basis to jack up my metabolism. Today it involved chest, shoulders, and triceps (with cardio after). I followed the same pattern in the morning and in the evening.
